Ennis In Running To Be Named Ireland’s Friendliest Place

Ennis is in the running to be named Ireland’s Friendliest Place once again this year.

The county town has been named as one of five finalists in the AIBMS Retail Awards.

Carrick-on-Shannon in Leitrim, Naas in Co. Kildare and Cork City are also in the running, while Limerick City has also been named a finalist, meaning there’s a local derby on the cards between the Banner and its nearest neighbour.
