Gardaí have described an armed robbery at a shop in Shannon as traumatic for staff.
A hooded man who had his face covered entered Joe’s Shop and Deli in Aidan Park last Tuesday evening at around 7.45 armed with a knife.
He demanded money from staff, after which he made his escape on foot with a sum of cash.
