Conway Fears Five Year Wait For Blake’s Corner Works

It’s expected to be at least three years, and possibly even longer, before works at Blake’s Corner in Ennistymon are completed.

Clare County Council is persuing a multi-million euro plan that involves the construction of a new bridge, and other associated works, to deal with the infamous traffic blackspot.

However, one local representative is now expressing concern that the wait for these works will now run well into the next decade.
