Concern Ireland May Never Meet Demand For Housing

Concern is being expressed that we may never be able to meet the demand for housing in Ireland.

The housing crisis has been one of the most dominant issues facing the country in recent months, with a lack of supply continually pointed to as the main problem.

According to the latest report from Clare County Council, in October alone, over 100 people were housed in emergency accommodation in the county, while Department of Housing figures show a 21% rise in homelessness here in November.
