A leading economist says income supports and protections for residents have done their job so well that we’re seeing little change in rental and house prices.
Rental prices are now almost 2.5% higher in Clare than they were this time last year.
The latest Daft.ie report shows it’s now costing renters €814 on average to rent a three-bedroom semi detached house in this county, while a 4-bed will on average set renters back over €900 per month.
