Clare Landlords Reminded To Uphold Fire Safety Responsibilities

Clare Landlords are being reminded of their fire safety responsibilities in light of the Grenfell Tower Disaster.

Council’s across Ireland are urging landlords and owner/occupiers to pay attention to basic fire safety measures.

Under the Residential Tenancies Act, Landlords are required to ensure there are fire alarms in each dwelling, that no storage is kept in escape routes and that emergency evacuations plan are in place.
