Clare Lacking Local Services For Down Syndrome Population

It’s claimed Clare’s Down Syndrome population is being left behind because of a lack of services locally.

Down Syndrome Clare says parents are struggling to access essentials like occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and special needs assistants for their children.

Its calling for investment to allow for these supports past early childhood, particularly during the school years.
