Agricultural land prices in Clare have risen by almost 8% in the past year.
In 2018, the average price per acre of farm land in Clare was €6,913 – that’s an increase on the €6,423 a year previous.
The data compiled by the Irish Farmers Journal also shows that Clare is one of just eight counties where the average price was under €7,000 per acre.
