15% Reduction In Claims Involving Uninsured Or Untraced Drivers In Clare

There’s been a 15% reduction in the the number of claims involving uninsured or untraced vehicles in Clare in the first seven months of this year.

The Motor Insurers Bureau of Ireland received 22 claims from this county between January and July, a drop of four during the same period in 2017.

The bureau which was set up to compensate victims of road accidents caused by uninsured and unidentified vehicles, has recently introduced new measures to get tough on fraud.
