The salaries earned by those who work in charities was the next topic for discussion. Gavin spoke with Patricia Quinn, the author of a new report which shows that staff are 25 times LESS likely to receive a salary over 70,000 euro.
Gavin’s next guest was Senator Joan Freeman who told him why the Senate is looking to consult the public on the issue of children’s mental health.
In his fortnightly advice slot, Tommy Corbett looked at family finances and what people can do to manage them better.

Author and journalist Owen Conlon then joined Gavin to chat about the book he’s just co-authored on the notorious Kinahan crime gang. The book is entitled The Cartel – The Shocking True Story of the Rise of the Kinahan Gang and its Deadly Feud with the Hutch Gang. Listen back below:
