The show opened with an interview with Senior Engineer at Clare County Council, Tom Tiernan. He told Gavin the thaw was setting in as the Beast from the East makes his its exit.

Then, Gavin spoke to Padraic McNicholas, CEO of Munster Group Insurance, about weather-related insurance claims.

Afterwards, Gavin hosted the ‘Garda Focus’ segment with Clare Crime Prevention Officer, Sergeant Joe Downey.

Following that, Michelle Biggins, chartered physiotherapist with a practice in Gort and a PhD candidate at UL, talked to Gavin about poor sleeping patterns and how they’re affecting even elite athletes.

Next, Gavin chatted with Cleo Meaney and Sarah Corcoran of the Ennis Musical Society about the year of their 65th anniversary and their re-enactment of ‘Sister Act: The Musical’ at Glór from the 6th of March to the 10th of March.

After that, Gavin was joined by Paul Cooney, Irish Greyhound Board Racing Correspondent, about the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial Race. This is the sixth year the event is taking place. The first round will go head on Saturday March 24th and the Grand Final will be held on the 21st of April.

Then, Jackie Queally of Earthwise in Ennistymon, chatted to Gavin about National Tree Week events taking place over the coming days in Ennistymon.

To round off the show, Colette Cowan, CEO of UL Hospitals Group, updated Gavin on the state of emergency services after storm Emma.
