A Clare hotelier insists rising insurance costs facing the hospitality sector are threatening the tourism industry in this county.
The Irish Hotels Federation is calling on the government to take urgent action to address the spiraling cost of insurance premiums before it’s too late.

Research carried out by the federation shows that 62% of hotels have seen their insurance costs climb in the past year, with 90% concerned about the knock-on impact on their business.
