Morning Focus – Friday 11/10/19

On Friday’s Morning Focus, Gavin was joined by Clare FM’s Brian Flynn ahead of his return to the airwaves (Monday, October 14) after a spell of ill health.

Brian, who was joined on the line by Consultant Cardiologist Dr Terry Hennessey of University Hospital Limerick (UHL), revealed that he’d recently had a heart attack and he advised others to be aware of the warning signs. Listen back below:

After that, there was a lively round-up of weekend event, including a hen adoption scheme, a walk in Ennis for ‘super dogs’ and a tree-saving event in Tuamgraney.

The Friday Panel had a range of topics for discussion from Brexit and the Budget to ‘Wags at War’ as Colleen Rooney squares off with Rebecca Vardy.

Gavin’s guests for the discussion were Orla Vaughan (Kilfenora), Ger O’Halloran (Quin) and Michael McTigue (Kilnamona). Listen back below:
