The HSE spent more than 31-and-a-half thousand euro a day on agency staff at University Hospital Limerick last year.
New figures, released by the Health Minister to Sinn Féin Health Spokesperson Louise O’Reilly, also show that almost 7-thousand euro per day was spent at Ennis General on casual workers.

In 2017, UHL spent a total of 11.5 million euro on agency staff, while the spend at Ennis General Hospital was close to 2.5 million.
