House prices in Clare rose by over 10% last year.
Daft.ie’s final quarterly report for 2024, which has just been published shows the average price of a home in this county is now €257,831.

It also shows that the median price of a newly built home in Clare last year was €360,000, which is €50,000 below the national average.
Four bed homes saw the biggest jump in prices here over the past twelve months rising by 13.5% to €351,000.
While across Munster the number of second-hand homes available for sale dropped by 17% to 2,900; levels not seen since 2015.
