Sixmilebridge progress to the Intermediate Hurling Championship semi finals after finally overcoming Parteen today.
The sides couldn’t be separated last week in their championship playoff, but today the bridge came from behind to edge Parteen by one point, final score in Clarecastle 0-13 to 1-09.
Sixmilebridge now meet Feakle in the Semi final, the winner of which will meet Whitegate in the Intermediate Championship final.
The Brendan Bugler captained side enjoyed another narrow victory in today’s championship action.
They beat Newmarket on Fergus in their semi final 0-17 to 1-13.
