Two west Clare rivals will do battle this weekend for a spot in the semi finals of the Clare Senior Football Championship.
2015 beaten finalists Cooraclare face their neighbours Doonbeg with the winners moving one step closer to taking Jack Daly home.
Doonbeg boss Brian Shanahan says while that is the ultimate goal, they know a tough 60 minutes lay ahead.
Meanwhile Cooraclare will be hoping to go one step further than last year in their search for a first title since 1997.
The Blues have a number of injury concerns to contend with once more, but selector Joe Garry is confident they have the strenght in depth to cope.
There are two quarter final ties down for decision this evening in the Clare Minor A Football Championship.
Cooraclare will host Eire Óg, while Kilmihil is the venue as Kilmihil/Shannon Gaels take on Coolmeen/Kildysart.
Both games get underway at 7pm
