West Clare Gaels gear up for clash with Conleth’s

the countdown is on for West Clare Gaels ahead of this Sunday’s All Ireland intermediate final against St Conleth’s of Laois.

The Munster champions will be hoping for their very first All ireland title while St Conelth’s are appearing in their maiden Championship showpiece.

Sunday’s game will mark the Munster champion’s 11th game of the season which started on June 25th with a win over Cooraclare.

The season also included a trip to London to take on Parnells’ in the All Ireland q-final last month.

Centre forward Denise Geaney is hopful they can repay their fans for the support all year:

The opposition on Sunday have also had a similarly long journey with their Lenisnter final going all the way to extra time before claiming the title.
