Miltown last brought Jack Daly home in 1990, while the club have also fought back strongly from relegation in 2013.

One the men who will play a key role for Miltown this weekend is the in form Eoin Cleary, he says the club are being rewarded for putting their faith in younger members of the squad.

Meanwhile the Sky Blues of Cooraclare will be looking to bridge a gap that stretches back to 1997 when they beat Doonbeg in a famous final in Carron.

They've lowered the masts of both Cratloe and Clondegad en route to Sunday's final, and midfielder Michael Kelly says it's a position they're delighted to be in after a slow start to the season.

Throw in on Sunday is at 4pm in Cusack Park, full live commentary here on Clare FM.
