Rob Kearney, Simon Zebo and Conor Murray are all in the backline, while Sean O’ Brien starts in the back row.

Rory Best is on the bench and England’s Geoff Parling captains the team.

Meanwhile Australian captain James Horwill is attending a hearing this morning after being cited for stamping on Alun-Wyn Jones during yesterday’s game.

He could be ruled out for the rest of the series.

Since the game the Wallabies have already called up George Smith, Jesse Mogg and Ben Tapuai as they look to reinforce their injury hit side.
