Tim Sherwood's side came from behind to beat Liverpool 2-1 in today's last four pairing.
Liverpool held the lead for all of six minutes as Philippe Coutinho put Brendan Rodgers' side into the lead, before Jack Grealish teed Christian Benteke up for Villa's equaliser before half-time.
Villa Captain, Fabian Delph, scored the winner.
They'll now face Arsenal in the final next month.
