Clare have recorded their first win of this years Peter McNulty U21 Football Tournament.
They've beaten Kildare by 2-12 to 1-14 to put themselves into contention for progression to the next stage.
They led 1-7 to 0-7 at the break and witheld a late Lilywhite fightback to take the win.
They'll now face Wexford in the final group game next weekend
