Clare will take on Jack O’Connor’s side 20 year’s after the county recorded their most famous win over the Kingdom in 1992.
Clare supporters will also be hoping the game won’t clash with next weekend’s All Ireland minor hurling qualifier against Down in Tullamore.
The All Ireland winning manager has urged his side to maintain the level of performance shown against Tyrone for the clash with Clare next weekend.
