Vaughan warns that Clare need more competitive games before league opener

Clare hurling Captain Pat Vaughan feels Clare need to beat I. T Tralee this Sunday in order to prepare properly for their National league opener against Limerick next month.

Clare begin their competitive season this Sunday in Sixmilebridge just 4 weeks before they take on Donal O Grady’s men in Cusack park in the national hurling league divison two clash  on the 13th of Feburary

Vaughan,who is ruled out of Sunday’s encounter due to an ankle injury feels Clare will need as many competitve games under their belt before next month’s opening league encounter.
