They beat Eire Og, 2-15 to 3-8.
A high-scoring Minor A Shield Final, meanwhile, was won by Doora/Barefield, thanks to their 2-16 to 4-9 win over Ballyea.
In the Minor B Championship, O'Callaghans Mills beat Broadford and Newmarket on Fergus overcame Scariff/Ogonolloe to reach the final there, with Tulla beating Ennistymon to the Minor B Shield Crown.
One Under-16 A game last evening – Clonlara beat Sixmilebridge by six points.
Meanwhile, in camogie, Inagh/Kilnamona were crowned county minor champions last night.
They beat Feakle/Killanena in the final, 4-10 to 1-11.
In the Minor B Championship, Clarecastle/Ballyea beat St. Joseph's 3-10 to 5-2.
