Clare’s Edel McMahon will co-captain Ireland for this years Six Nations series.
The Kilmihil native will be joined by fellow Clare woman Chisom Igweru on the 34 strong squad announced for the campaign.

Igweru earns a first call up to the international squad having impressed in this year’s Celtic Challenge.
Ireland open their Championship away to France on Saturday March 23rd.
