East Clare’s David Blake has closed out the Winter Equestrian Festival in Florida with a victory in the $50,000 Wanderers Club two-star Grand Prix.
The Tuamgraney man was aboard Dy Zento at the event, finishing more than a second ahead of runner up Kevin Mealiff.
Blake and his horse finished with a winning time of 42.93 seconds.
