The game was reasonably close in the first-half. Clare led 0-05 to 0-04 after 20 minutes, and trailed by three points at the break, and again 10 minutes into the second half.
However, the Premier went on a scoring blitz and ran out 2-22 to 0-09 winners.
They now play Cork in a repeat of last year's final, after the Rebels dispatched Limerick with ease.
In Leinster, Dublin and Meath won through to the final.
