The three Limerick colleges will feature a number of Banner men on their panels, with Davy Fitzgerald once more in charge of LIT while Brian Lohan leads UL.
Mary Immaculate College will begin the defence of their title at home to GMIT, UL host CIT while LIT host Trinity.
Clare senior hurling selector and LIT Vice President Jimmy Browne is also part of the LIT backroom team, the Clonlara man says the Banner involvement bodes well for the county into the future.
