The start of this year’s Clare GAA club championships has been postponed.
Club delegates agreed at this evenings board meeting to push the start of the hurling championship back until the weekend of July 23rd at the earliest.
Should Clare reach one or both of the All Ireland finals, the club championships will be moved back again until the August Bank Holiday weekend.

The meeting also saw Cratloe’s Deirdre Chaplin elected as the new assistant secretary with Cooraclare’s Sean Chambers installed as the assistant treasurer.
