The manager of the St Josephs Doora Barefield side preparing for action this weekend says the lure of championship is a huge motivating factor for players.

Both St Josephs and their opponents Kilrush failed to win promotion from the Garry Cup, with the west Clare side finishing just above the drop zone.
The men from the Parish last contested the county final in 2012, while the Shams were last there in 2003.
St Josephs manager Colm Clancy says they're eager to get the year underway.
