The Ennis school beat a strong Rathmore side in the last eight and now face Kerry opposition once more in the form of Killarney side St Brendan's.
Flannan's haven't been in the provincial final since 2006, and last won the title back in 1995.
St Brendans beat St Flannans when they met in the group stages of this years competition, but joint manager Dara Kelly says they've improved since that outing
It gets underway tomorrow in Rathkeale at 1.30pm.
