St Breckans edged Kilshelan Kilcash of Tipperray in the intermediate q-final by 1-13 to 1-11 in Lisdoonvarna.
A late goal for the Tipp side led to a nervous finish but Breckans now go ahead to meet the Waterford champions Clashmore in the Munster semi final.
