Last year’s county championship runners up Sixmilebridge are out of the race for Canon Hamilton after losing to Clonlara this evening by 2-11 to 1-16 in Clarecastle.

The Bridge led at half time 1-8 to 0-06 after Niall Gilligan had goaled in the first minute but Clonlara,led by Nicky O
Connell at centre back reeled the Bridge in and edged in front in the final five minutes with points from Jason Murphy and Tommy Begley.
Earlier Kilmaley and Clooney Quin drew in Clarecastle,1-15 to 2-12 after Clooney had led by 0-08 to 7 at the break.
Peter Duggan ending the game with a tally of 2–9.
