The countdown is on to this Saturday’s County Senior Camogie finals in Clarecastle as Kilmaley and Clooney Quin clash in the cup decider while Inagh Kilnamona and Kilkishen meet in the Shield.
With the departure of Newmarket on Fergus at the last four stage a new name is guaranteed to be inscribed on the county senior camogie title this coming weekend.
Kilmaley are looking to claim their first title since 2009 while for Clooney Quin they will be hoping to draw on the spirit of their all conquering team of the 1940’s to overcome the favourites in Clarecastle
Throw in is at 1-30 while the game is followed by the Shield final between Inagh Kilnamona and Kilkishen
The all conquering Mid Clare side from 2011 will be hoping to claim silverware a year after their Munster and all Ireland success while Kilkishen will be hoping to follow up their semi final win over Wolfe tones with one final win of 2012.
