Declan Kidney will be forced to make a few changes for their final Six Nations game in Italy next weekend.
Fergus McFadden has been ruled out with a rib injury, Eoin Reddan will also miss the trip to Rome with a broken leg while Brian O’Driscoll, Luke Marshall and Donnacha Ryan all face a race against time to be fit for Saturdays game.
