As well as eight games in the senior championship this weekend, the semi-final line up will also be decided in the Clare Intermediate Championship
Kilmurray Ibrickane and Clondegad are already guaranteed to take part in the semi-finals of the Clare Intermediate Championship, and this weekend’s games will determine their opponents in those matches.
In group 1, O’Callaghans Mills will take on Kildysart – the winners will go through to the last four though a draw would send Kildysart through.
That match will beheld in Shannon on Saturday, while on the same day Kilmurray Ibrickane take on Kilfenora knowing they’re already almost certain to top the table.
Clondegad have already qualified from group 2 and take on Ballyvaughan on Sunday but the other game here is a much closer affair – Corofin play O’Currys in Quilty on Saturday afternoon in another winner takes all encounter
