Clarecastle boss Brian Russell is hopeful big game experience will stand to his young side ahead of their crucial clash with Broadford on Sunday.
The Magpies take on the East Clare men in a battle at the foot of Group One, with both needing the result to avoid a relegation playoff.
Clarecastle have played their last two games on the Cusack Park turf, in a battling defeat to Ballyea and a draw with O’ Callaghans Mills which could yet prove crucial to the final group standings.
Russell wants his young players in particular to use that experience positively at the weekend.
Throw in on Sunday in Cusack Park is at 3pm with commentary on Clare FM with O Connell Quarries, Ardnacrusha.
