Clare will play host to part of Ireland’s best-known cycle race this year.

Stage 2 of the An Post Rás will travel from Roscommon to Lisdoonvarna, on a route which includes Ardrahan, Ballyvaughan and Creggagh.
Riders will then stay in the Lisdoonvarna area overnight, before travelling through Corofin, Ennis, Newmarket on Fergus and Sixmilebridge the next day, for the third stage which ultimately finishes in Charleville.
