Under Pressure Referees Relax Rules During the Year Says Dillon

Clare’s recently retired hurler thinks referees are under pressure but end up relaxing on rules during the year. 

Tony Kelly will learn tonight if he will be available for this Sunday’s National Hurling League meeting with Kilkenny following his red card last week. 

The GAA issued directives about high challenges last week but Cian Dillon says come the championship, referees won’t be penalising these challenges.
