The manager of the Banner Ladies football is praising his management staff as well as the team after they secured their ninth county title in ten years yesterday.
The Ennis-based side overcame West Clare Gaels in a convincing win, with the scoreboard showing 3-21 to 0-7 when the final whistle blew.
JJ O’Dea says they had some extra motivation going into the match.

Meanwhile, Kilmurry Ibrickane Ladies are back into Senior football after they beat Miltown Ladies in the Intermediate Championship Final.
Another decisive win, they came out on top by 6-7 to 1-10.
