Clare’s hurling and football fans won’t be heading for Pairc Uí Choímh for this year’s Munster Finals.

It had been hoped that the redeveloped stadium would be ready on time to open on time for the games in July, but the Cork GAA County Board have confirmed this won’t be the case.

Instead, the football final has been moved to Fitzgerald Stadium in Killarney, with Clare due to play Kerry in the curtain-raising Minor Final on July 2nd.
