Gurteen will be the setting for celebrations this Sunday when St Josephs Doorabarefield officially open their playing facility.
Padraig Duffy and Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh are the guests of honour with a full day of events planned for the opening of the 26 acre site with a history of the club also being launched.
Chairman Tommy Duggan told Clare FM Sunday will be a celebration of everyone in the community who helped with the 12 year project.
