Galway will have to plan for 2013 without Padraic Joyce who has announced his retirement.

The 35 year old won 3 All Stars 2 all Ireland’s and 6 Connacht titles during an inter county career that started in 1998.
Joyce also won 4 county titles with his club Killererin .
