A Clare hurling legend believes the onus is on everyone in this county to ensure teams at all age groups representing the Banner can thrive in the coming years.
Jamesie O Connor’s comments come as the 2021 Club Clare initiative has been launched, with the group committed to raising funds for Clare’s intercounty hurling and camogie teams.
The group operates separately from both county boards but remains in regular consultation with both bodies, and has raised over €400,000 since 2017.
