One Clare star has been named in the Electric Ireland GAA Minor Star Hurling Team of the Year.
Aidan McCarthy of Inagh-Kilnamona is named at wing back in the team that is dominated by players from the two finalists, Galway and Cork.

Clare reached the Munster Final this year, before losing out to the Rebels, while their season was ended by the eventual champions at the Quarter-Final stage.
There are six Galway players in total, including goalkeeper Darrach Fahy of Ardrahan and Portumna’s Jack Canning.
