One Change for Clare U21 ahead of Rebels Clash

The Clare U21 managment have made one change to the side that defeated Limerick in Munster Quarter Finals, for tomorrow night’s semi-final clash with Cork.

Michael Malone of St. Joseph’s Miltown replaces Ennistymon’s Sean O Driscoll on the starting 15 while Team captain Shane Brennan moves to the Corner forward position.

Otherwise, the team is the same as that which beat Limerick last time around.

Meanwhile, the Cork camp say they’re taking nothing for granted ahead of the clash, despite being heavy favourites for the game.

The Rebels beat Kerry by 22 points in last year’s final, while the Banner have recorded only one win over Cork in this competition in the last forty years

Boss John Cleary has told Clare Fm that he was impressed with Clare’s Quarter Final win over Limerick, and says he isn’t allowing his team to rest on their laurels ahead of tomorrow night’s encounter.
