Shane O’Donnell has confirmed he could yet play a part this year for Clare.
The 2024 Hurler of the Year is hoping to return within a four to eight week window, meaning he could yet feature in either the closing stages of the Munster championship or the All Ireland series.
The Eire Óg man underwent shoulder surgery in early February and it was feared he would miss out on the entire season.
O’Donnell told the GAA website that he hopes to have further clarity on his situation after consultation with physios at the end of this month.
