Banner Ladies manager JJ O’Dea says their immediate focus will be on making sure they are ready for the challenge of Ballymacarbry in the Munster ladies senior club football final.
Niamh O’Dea’s late goal saw the Clare champions overcome Cork powerhouse Mourneabbey in Cusack Park, with a tally of 3-6 for O’Dea central to a 3-17 to 4-13 win.

They will now take on the perennial Waterford champions in the decider in two weeks time, in a repeat of last year’s decider.
O’Dea says they know they have to be ready for it, but will take confidence from a significant win over the Cork champions.
