Clare’s joint manager says his side were always against the odds when traveling to Cork.

Donal Moloney was commenting after Clare were beaten by Cork in the first game of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship in Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

Clare took an early lead and both sides kept each other honest until the ninth minute of injury time when a Seamus Harnedy goal gave Cork a winner.
